“Tetris” apartment

The apartment is situated in residential building in a private residential complex in Sofia,Bulgaria.
It measures 120 square meters and it it called “tetris apartment” because of its design.
In the interior there is balanced form,function and colour in a carefully planned manner. Design as a modern space which is also wanted to be warm and inviting.
The result is an attractive place. The geometric lines used by the whole space are mainly made of white lacquered MDF and highlighted by brightly colored elements.
The whole furniture is made for this project not only to be beauty but to be functional enough and meet the homeowners needs and high level of comfort.
‘The tetris’ game is a trademark of this project and the entire home. There are accents in common in the whole apartment.
Also special attention is paid to the lighting and ceilings that repeat the idea.
The home plan features entrance area, living, dining and kitchen in one space, bedroom, relax room, bathroom, wc and laundry room.
Entering in the apartment there is a small lobby and open living space. The lobby is functional decorated by big mirrors which repeated the form of the wardrobe in front of them and printed glass where there are voids of the tetris game of the wardrobe. The young owners of this home choose their own “house rules” and they are printed on the glass.
A living, dining and kitchen are created as a unified space. The bright colours are chosen to give freshness here by carefully planned manner.
Behind the dining table in a purple wall has placed illuminated openings for various bottles.
The white stone in the kitchen and behind the electric fireplace in the living area gives the sense of elegance.
The kitchen featuring a combination of MDF natural veneer and white lacquered. The benches around the island part of the kitchen give additional comfort and they are a convenient place for breakfast.
For the bedroom there are choosen soft colors – white and beige. The gray frame on the wall which outline the bed is continuing along the ceiling.
The relax room is used for playing PlayStation games and reading books. This function is represented by a specially designed board with sliding doors thath hide and show the tv.
The bathroom is designed to be environment to relax.There are used tiles that look like wood and natural river stones. Shower area is separated by a glass wall.
